In spite of the progression to real-time electronic validation and clearing, some retailers still need to return physical coupons and vouchers to us for clearing (or offline processing), just as they have done for decades. To facilitate this requirement, we maintain offline processing and clearing services for all coupons and vouchers redeemed by retailers. As always, this includes claim verification, reconciliation and settlement services.

PPS also provides coupon management and handling services for over 1,000 FMCG brands and many agencies in the UK and Irish markets, enabling issuers to create and configure promotions online. In the case of mobile and Internet Printable (IP) Coupons, this allows the instant deployment and real-time control of promotions. Consolidated redemption data for both real-time and offline cleared coupons means market-wide reporting of all coupon activity in one integrated report.
